Water lily:





Water Lily is the national flowers of our country . The Lily grow in watery places .It is white and pink in colours . When lily is bloomed, the whole marshy land seems to be a wonderland of beauty. 


Water lilies are one of the most easily recognized of all the aquatic plants. Beautiful large white or occasionally pink many-petaled flowers float on the water's surface surrounded by large, round green leaves.It prefers quiet waters such as ponds, lake margins, and slow streams and will grow in acid or alkaline waters.



Rose:

 The rose is the national flower of England and the United States.Rose is the best known and most popular of all garden flowers  throughout  the world and is one of the nature’s beautiful creation.Universally roses are known as queen of flowers.It is a symbol of love,adoration and innocense not in our tome only also for thousands of years and it has been growing on this earth since time immemorial.
Its different types having flowers of exquisite shape,different sizes,bewitching colors nd most delightfull fragrance has made it an important flower for its varied uses.Rose have different uses such as rose oil,rose water.gulkand,pankhuri,gulroghan etc.








Tuberose:



Tuberose is a tall, narrow perennial with long thin leaves and a tuberous root. The aromatic flowers are large and white.
Tuberose Absolute is very popular in the perfume and aromatic industries.among the commercially grown flowers tueros occupies prime position because of its popularity as cut flower,loose flower as well as its potential in perfume industry.The flower spikes are largely consume or vase decoration and bouquet preparation and the floret for making garland and florl ornaments.tuberose has delightfull fragrance.this can be extracted into ‘essence’ which is very costly. 



China-rose:

China-rose comes from India. This large shrub or small tree grows to 15 feet high. The toothed leaves are arranged alternately and vary a lot, but tend to be large, dark green, and shiny. This plant has a coarse texture and may be upright or


broad and spreading. . Most are flared and have a bell shape and may be single or double, smooth.They have a long central tube with stamens and pistils at the tip.








Marigold:

Marigold plants are a very prolific, easy to grow annual flower. Marigold flowers are available in a variety of colors, including white, yellow, orange, red and mixed colors.It is ideal for as cut flowers specially for making garlands.It can be grown in beds for mass display.The dwarf type are very suitable for hanging baskets,window boxes and rockeries.Marigold has been found to be highly effective in keeping the population of nematode under control.




Polash:



Palash (Butea monosperma) is lovingly called "The Flame of the forest". When in full bloom in the spring, the whole forest really looks like as if in flames. . It starts blooming end of JAN and around mid March it is in full bloom. Perhaps the most attractive flower of the season.Besides giving a harmless dye from the dried flowers, the tree has other medicinal properties also. The dried flowers has Diuretic properties; the Gum secreted from the bark contains Tannin & is effective in controlling Diarrhoea ; the seeds have anti-worm action. The Palash tree is a fine example of "BEAUTY WITH QUALITIES".



Gardenia:






Gardenia is a night flower that bloom at night.It has very attractive fragrance.It mainly use for making soaps,cosmetics,perfumes and so on.Gardenia is mainly white in color.







Krishnachura: 

 Krishnachura trees are grown on both sides of the roads, are graced with scenic beauty in the district town and rural villages.
Krishnachura trees usually begin to bloom with eye-catching deep red flowers in bunches from the last part of month. March but now trees bloom in May or June. 

The trees with thick branches fully bloom from the month of March every year. The Krishnachura shaggy trees give stein fruits and these are used as fuel
wood. The roadside trees also give shade to the tired pedestrians in summer from the heat.



Kath-golap:    
                     
It is a large evergreen tree with a close tapering crown composed of ascending branches
The most interesting part of the tree are its flowers which are not very showy with few narrow yellowish white petals, but have an extremely heady fragrance.   This fragrance has made Kath-golap flowers very popular and they have been part of the culture in Bangladesh from time immemorial. They are used in religeous offering in various parts of India Kath-goalp flowers are used to make the world's most expensive perfume 'Joy' in America.


Jasmine:

Jasmine is a very popular flower around the world, especially in tropics because of its unique fragrance. The Jasmine is native to tropical and warm temperate regions of the old world. Jasmine flowers are white in most species, with some species being yellow flowered.
Jasmine flower and the essential oil extracted from the flower are being used extensively in cosmetics and perfumery, and as a calmative (relaxing properties, sedative).



Sunflower:



Sunflowers are large flowers containing vast quantities of seeds, mounted on wide upward growing stalks that are a wonder of plant architecture.
All types are easy to cultivate as the seeds are not very difficult to collect, and as long as they are grown in a sunny spot, they grow magnificently.
In general Sunflowers have blossoms composed of yellow, orange or red rays of petals fanning around disks with smaller yellow, brown, blue or purple petals.



Ixora:

 A beautiful and attractive tropical flowering shrub that blooms all year round in our country
A hardy plant that comes in varying shapes, sizes and vibrant colors. 

 It has been and continues to be an all time favorite with home gardeners and landscapers in the tropical and sub-tropical regions worldwide.




Orchid:

Orchid flowers have always been admired for their elegant, exotic and refined appearance making them a sophisticated floral gift for any occasion. The intricate beauty of the orchids symbolize a wide variety of meanings. Historically orchids have symbolized wealth, love and beauty, while today orchids are treasured as symbols of rare and delicate beauty.



Sheuli:


The Sheuli is the flowers of autumn. It is small in size with bright white petals. It is white in color and looks very charming. This flowers is don’t stay. The sheuli flower is very bright and beautiful if you take the time to look closely.
